Diagnostic Testing

We understand how hard it is when your pet is not feeling well, and how frustrating it can be to not know exactly what is ailing them. We have many different tools and up-to-date technology available to help better understand what might be happening on the inside of your pet. Once we have a diagnosis, it is easier to determine the various treatment options.  Before any treatment takes place, we will go over the recommended treatment and any options plus the cost associated with each plan.

Through partnering with other laboratories, we also provide a wide range of other diagnostics including cultures, thyroid testing, brucellosis testing, coggins testing and many others.

In-house Diagnostic Tools/Tests available to patients at Cottonwood Animal Clinic include, but are not limited to

  • Bloodwork

  • Urinalysis

  • Fecal Testing

  • Heartworm

  • Parvovirus

  • Feline Leukemia

  • Digital Radiology

  • Ultrasound Imaging

The bottom line is, when your pet is feeling down, we want to do what we can to help him or her get back to normal life with your family. We will start with a physical exam, and then move on to more advanced technology, as needed.
